The vessel

Tabasco is a spacious sailing catamaran with indoor and outdoor areas, wide deck space and a stable layout well suited to time on the water.

The vessel is licensed to operate beyond Pittwater, allowing access through Broken Bay and offshore when conditions are suitable. This gives private groups a more flexible whale watching option from Palm Beach.

What’s included

Your charter includes private use of Tabasco, a large skippered sailing catamaran accommodating up to 10 guests for offshore whale watching.

Pick-up is from Palm Beach, with alternative Pittwater pick-up locations available by arrangement. The vessel has comfortable indoor and outdoor areas, giving your group space to move around, relax, and watch from different parts of the boat.

A professional skipper and crew manage the vessel throughout the charter. BYO food and drinks are welcome, with catering available on request.

The route is planned around the day’s weather and sea conditions. When conditions suit, the experience can combine offshore whale watching with calmer cruising in Pittwater, Broken Bay or nearby sheltered waters. If conditions are unsuitable, a weather reschedule is available.
