Drinks Pre-Ordered and Ready on Board
We can coordinate a drinks order through a local retailer and have it delivered before your charter, allowing you to step aboard without shopping, transporting supplies or organising ice at the last minute.
Beer, wine, sparkling wine, spirits, soft drinks and alcohol-free options can be selected according to your preferences, then chilled and ready on board before departure.
Product costs and availability depend on the retailer and your selections. Responsible service and consumption of alcohol requirements apply to every charter.
Private Car Transfers
We can arrange private transport to and from your charter, including connections from Sydney, the airport, nearby accommodation and other agreed locations.
Transfers are particularly useful for Palm Beach and Newport departures, for guests staying around Church Point, Killcare or Hardys Bay, and for anyone returning to Sydney after a one-way seaplane flight.

Sail & Fly
Seaplane from Sydney. Private yacht from Palm Beach.
Depart Rose Bay by seaplane, travel north above Sydney Harbour and the Northern Beaches, and land on the water at Palm Beach. From there, transfer to your private sailing catamaran and continue through Pittwater and Broken Bay.
The most popular arrangement combines a one-way seaplane flight, private yacht charter and chauffeured return to Sydney. Return seaplane flights and alternative itineraries may also be possible, depending on the operator’s schedule.
Flight time is typically 15–30 minutes depending on the operator and route selected. All flights are subject to aircraft availability, passenger weights, weather and operating conditions.
Multi-Day Coastal Experiences
For guests who want to spend more time in the region, we can combine sailing with accommodation, transport and land-based experiences over several days.
A multi-day itinerary might include:

Yes. Catering and beverages can be arranged in advance according to your group size, charter duration and dietary requirements. Guests may also bring their own food and drinks where permitted.
Can you arrange transport from Sydney or the airport?
Yes. Private cars can be arranged between Sydney, the airport, your accommodation and agreed charter departure points. Transport is quoted according to the route, vehicle and number of passengers.
Where can our private yacht charter depart from?
Our standard departure point is Palm Beach on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Newport and other agreed pickup locations may be possible by prior arrangement.
Can we fly to the charter by seaplane?
Yes. Our Sail & Fly experience usually connects Rose Bay with Palm Beach. Flights are subject to weather, aircraft availability, passenger weights and the operator’s schedule.
Can you arrange nearby accommodation?
Yes. We can recommend and help coordinate accommodation around Palm Beach, Church Point, Killcare and other nearby areas based on your itinerary and preferred style of stay.
Can we stay overnight on the yacht?
Yes. Tabasco can accommodate up to six overnight guests as part of a tailored Sail & Stay experience, subject to availability and conditions.
Can we combine the charter with a multi-day itinerary?
Yes. Sailing can be combined with accommodation, private transport, walking, kayaking, cultural activities and other regional experiences.
Are charter extras included in the yacht price?
Not unless specifically stated in your proposal. Catering, beverages, transport, accommodation, flights and partner experiences are quoted according to your requirements.
How far in advance should we enquire?
As early as possible, particularly for summer weekends, accommodation and seaplane flights. Last-minute arrangements may still be possible when vessels and providers are available.
