Tabasco is licensed to carry up to 28 guests, in addition to her professional crew.

She is luxurious for smaller groups of 2-6 and more than big enough for large party groups of 20+ guests.

Broken Bay and Barrenjoey

Round Barrenjoey Headland and experience the meeting point of Pittwater, Broken Bay and the Pacific Ocean. This is one of the region’s defining views and an unforgettable way to see Sydney’s northern coastline.

Cowan Creek and the National Parks

Longer charters can reach deeper into the national park waterways, where forested shorelines and secluded bays feel remarkably removed from the city.

Choose the Right Charter Duration

3.5-Hour Charter

Our minimum charter duration provides time to depart Palm Beach, enjoy a scenic cruise and stop in a nearby bay. It works well for shorter celebrations, relaxed drinks or as part of a Sail & Fly experience.

4.5-Hour Charter

Our recommended duration for most guests. This allows more time to explore, anchor, swim and enjoy lunch or catering aboard without the experience feeling rushed.

5.5-Hour Charter

A more complete day on the water, with greater flexibility to cruise farther, spend longer at anchor and combine several elements into one experience.

Longer, overnight and multiday charters can also be arranged by tailored quotation.

Food and Drinks Aboard

You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks, or we can help arrange everything in advance.

Options may include grazing platters, seafood, casual lunches, special-occasion catering, restaurant stops and preordered beverages. We can also assist with dietary requirements, birthday cakes and other personal touches.
